Franklin College will host the first event in its 2022-23 Convocation Lecture Series on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. in the Branigin Room in the Napolitan Student Center. The event will be a community conversation with Nadine Strossen, J.D., moderated by John Krull, director of Franklin College’s Pulliam School of Journalism. Deveau and Guevara Author Second Edition of The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense
Taft partners Frank J. Deveau and David L. Guevara, Ph.D. have authored a second edition of The Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser Defense: A Guide for Lawyers. The book was published in January 2022 by ABA Book Publishing.
The new edition contains updates from the first book published in 2013, including all relevant U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidance documents and an analysis of key judicial decisions interpreting the Brownfields Amendments. To learn more or order the book, click here.
