FIRST RESERVE ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF CHA CONSULTING, INC. FROM LONG POINT CAPITAL

First Reserve, a leading global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on energy, today announced the acquisition of CHA Consulting, Inc. (“CHA”) from Long Point Capital.
