Through business resources, mentorship, advocacy, and meaningful connections, the HBC helps entrepreneurs and business leaders build sustainable companies and expand their impact. Our goal is to ensure Hispanic businesses have the tools, networks, and opportunities they need to thrive and contribute to the economic vitality of our community.

Our Programs

Mentor-Protégé Program

The Hispanic Business Council’s Mentor-Protégé Program is a year-long mentorship experience designed to strengthen Hispanic-owned businesses across the Indy region. By connecting experienced business leaders with Hispanic entrepreneurs, the program fosters strategic guidance, meaningful relationships, and practical support that help businesses grow, overcome challenges, and achieve long-term success.

Throughout the program, mentors and protégés work together to identify business goals, develop actionable strategies, and measure progress through monthly one-on-one meetings, quarterly cohort sessions, and ongoing collaboration. Participants gain valuable insights, expand their professional networks, and build relationships that extend well beyond the program itself.

The Mentor-Protégé Program is open to eligible Indy Chamber members. Whether you’re an established business leader looking to share your expertise or a Hispanic-owned business seeking guidance to reach the next stage of growth, we invite you to review the program qualifications and complete the Interest Form to be considered for an upcoming cohort.
