ZIPS Dry Cleaners Bringing Same-Day, One-Price Dry Cleaning to Indianapolis

With a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for February 5th at 11 a.m., the ZIPS Dry Cleaners store will be located at 5025 E. 82nd Street, Suite 300, and will be the first of five stores owned and operated by Indianapolis native Larry Frutkin and his wife, Emma.

Congress Passes Ban on Pre-Dispute Arbitration Clauses Covering Sexual Assault and Harassment Disputes

On Thursday, February 10, 2022, both the House and Senate passed H.R. 4445 which will ban the use of arbitration clauses and disallow joint, class or collective action waivers for sexual abuse or harassment disputes, unless the employee/complainant consents to arbitration, but only after a legal dispute arises. The Bill still requires the President’s signature before becoming law.
