Regional Air Service Development Fund

$15M, private sector-backed fund to accelerate new international and domestic non-stop service.
Housed at the Indy Chamber and overseen by civic and investor leadership.
- The fund provides airline incentives through Minimum Revenue Guarantees (MRGs).
- The IAA is a key partner, but FAA regulations require MRGs to be funded by non-IAA partners.
- Unused funds can be reallocated to support additional incentive packages
