Members of the Franklin College community, leaders of Johnson Memorial Health and officials from the City of Franklin gathered on Tuesday, Oct. 25 to dedicate the new Johnson Memorial Health Athletic Annex (JMHAA) on campus.
Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) announced that Mark Malin has joined the bank as Chief Leadership and People Development Officer. Mark brings over 35 years of experience in the nonprofit and leadership development space.
Investment will restart Youth-Canine Program at Warren Central where at-risk students help train shelter dogs. The grant will also extend our Hamilton County & Marion County Juvenile Detention Center programs.
Franklin College will host a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony for the newly constructed Johnson Memorial Health Athletic Annex (JMHAA) on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. A reception along with facility tours will immediately follow from 3:30 – 5 p.m. The event will take place at the JMHAA, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Forsythe Street.
Keynote speakers are Linsey Davis, ABC World News Tonight weekend anchor/ABC News Live Prime anchor, and Dave Cullen, bestselling author of “Columbine” and “Parkland: Birth of a Movement.” Opening remarks will be presented by Frank Ochberg, M.D., a psychiatrist and pioneer in the treatment of traumatic stress. Special guest speaker is Nick Schifrin, PBS NewsHour foreign affairs and defense correspondent.
