Densborn Blachly Welcomes Associate Alex Elliott

INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 4, 2024) - Densborn Blachly LLP has welcomed associate Alex Elliott to the firm. Elliott, a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, served as a summer associate at the firm while in law school.

Elliott's practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions and related financings. He helps clients navigate commercial contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. His work involves primarily deal structuring, drafting transaction documents and acting as corporate counsel. He has a planned focus on entrepreneurial matters, including entity structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.

At IU McKinney, Elliott was admitted as a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.  He received his B.S. in business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he double majored in management and entrepreneurship and corporate innovation.
