CENTIER BANK CELEBRATES ANOTHER MILESTONE IN INDIANAPOLIS EXPANSION WITH CEREMONY AT NEWEST BRANCH
INDIANAPOLIS (July 26, 2024) – Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, proudly celebrated the opening of its newest Indianapolis-area banking center with a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception on July 25. Located at 1313 West 86th Street, the branch opened earlier this month and represents an important milestone in the bank’s ongoing expansion throughout Greater Indianapolis.
Centier Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Mike Schrage, along with President Chris Campbell, Indianapolis Market President Troy Kafka, Regional Sales Manager Ben Studebaker, Community Relations Officer Linda Risch, and Branch Manager Carin Sassatelli, welcomed members of Indianapolis’ business community, local chambers, and nonprofit organizations to the celebration.
“We are honored to celebrate our continued commitment to Indianapolis residents and businesses and play a role in their advancement and financial future,” said Schrage. “In a time where bank branches are disappearing and personalized service is declining, we remain focused on the community banking approach for which we have been known and celebrated over our 129-year history.”
The 86th and Ditch Road branch is the second Indianapolis-area location opened by Centier Bank in 2024 and follows its 62nd and Allisonville Road banking center that opened its doors in March. The bank’s expansion will continue in Carmel and Brownsburg before year’s end, an exciting period that coincides with Centier Bank’s recent recognition by Forbes® as Indiana’s top-rated bank for 2024.
“We have assembled an exceptional team to ensure success and service at this new location,” said Kafka. “The support Centier has received from Indianapolis community members and partners has been incredible, and we pledge to reciprocate through active volunteerism and outreach.”
The celebration included a $5,000 donation to First Baptist Athletics, a neighboring northside organization offering Indianapolis families youth sports programs with an educational emphasis on athletics and respect.
“Generous contributions, like this one from Centier, make it possible for us to provide a safe environment that encourages participation and learning fundamentals to thousands of Indianapolis families and their children,” said Steve Carr, Athletic Director for First Baptist Athletics. “We strive to be the place for good sports, and Centier Bank’s purpose-driven culture illustrates their pledge to be a catalyst for financial and community impact.”
The 6,000-square-foot branch offers two drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM, a coffee bar, and a coin machine for customer use. In addition to the customer-friendly amenities, the building has ample space to accommodate an associate training center.
