Ambrose Property Group adds new vice president of asset management to team

Ambrose Property Group announced today that it has added Erin Shepherd as vice president of asset management.

As vice president of asset management, Shepherd will provide leadership in the ongoing management and operation of Ambrose’s asset portfolio, including speculative and build-to-suit developments. She will also serve as lead relationship manager for all building users within Ambrose-owned properties.

Shepherd brings more than ten years of experience in property finance and asset management. This includes nearly six years at Cushman & Wakefield and five years at Strategic Capital Partners where she most recently served as vice president of asset management. Shepherd is a certified property manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business / management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Shepherd is the president-elect of the Indiana Chapter of NAIOP and head of the organization’s events committee, in addition to being selected to the NAIOP Research Foundation’s 2024-2026 Visionaries Class Founded in 2017, the Visionaries program connects rising professionals within the commercial real estate industry with Research Foundation Governors to develop practical research and education that allows commercial real estate owners and developers to successfully capitalize on new trends and address challenges in the industry. Individuals are selected based on their career accomplishments, history of involvement with NAIOP and a demonstrated interest in the Research Foundation’s mission. Erin also serves on the Board of Directors for BOMA Indiana.
