"It's about showing off the innovation and also allowing our customers the chance to really experience who we are as a company," she said.

The plans consist of a $2.5 million renovation of existing buildings and $15 million to construct a 5-story addition. There will be a 5,000 square foot showroom on the main floor, a lab and model shop on the underground level, training and conference space on the 2nd floor, and employee space on the 3rd and 4th floors. The construction is set to be complete by the end of next year.

Ehnes said, this summer alone, the company has brought in over 600 customers and influencers from around the world, trained them on the products, introduced them to the brands and gave them a chance to get to know Delta's employees and culture. She is confident that the newly-constructed elements will continue to bring in more customers and improve the environment for customers and employees alike.

Over 400 of the 2,000 Delta employees worldwide are housed at the Carmel headquarters. All major corporate functions, including research and development, is based in Hamilton County. Delta Faucet was founded in 1954 in Greensburg where it still has a manufacturing facility.
