Ambrose Property Group Adds Associate Market Officer and Capital Markets Associate to Team

INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today that it has added David Dunbar as associate market officer and Noah Smith as capital markets associate.

In his role, Dunbar will work with Senior Vice President of Development Pat Walsh and Vice President of Development and Market Officer Stephen Lindley in supporting land acquisitions and leasing activity in the Midwest and Moutain West regions.

“The addition of David to the Ambrose development team will enable us to better serve clients within these markets and identify land opportunities for future investment,” Lindley said. “David brings considerable experience, and we are excited to have him on board.”

Dunbar comes to Ambrose from Pure Development where he spent three years as director of finance. In this role, he led underwriting, deal structuring and debt/equity transactions for build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects. Prior to Pure, Dunbar worked at Adams French Property as a real estate development and finance manager and BMO Harris as a commercial real estate analyst.

He earned a Bachelor of Science with high distinction in accounting and finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

As capital markets associate, Smith will work within Ambrose’s capital markets team to support financial analysis, underwriting and investor relations. Smith joins Ambrose from Deloitte where he spent four years working in their audit and assurance practice.

“We’re excited to have Noah as a part of the Ambrose team,” said Vice President of Capital Markets Elliott Thomasson. “The Ambrose series of funds and our investors are an integral aspect of our business that is especially critical given today’s market. Noah will fill a valuable role in continuing the high-quality investor relations that our investment partners have come to know and expect from Ambrose.”

Smith holds a Bachelor of Science with highest distinction in accounting and finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Ambrose is an industrial, logistics and e-commerce developer and investment manager with a portfolio that includes projects in Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Utah, Texas and South Florida.
