Embracing the Future of Philanthropy – Non Profit Event

trueU and ML Talent Strategies invite you and a guest from the nonprofit community to join us for a special breakfast highlighting the impact the growth of staff and leaders in nonprofits has on our communities. As community leaders, many of you sit on nonprofit boards around the state. This event is an opportunity for you to continue to give back to the nonprofits that matter most to you. Our intent is share with nonprofit Executives and HR Leaders expert insights to help them shape how they run their organizations and lead their people.

Dr. Una Osili, Associate Dean for Research and International Programs at the IU Lilly family school of Philanthropy will Keynote this special event and guide the audience on a journey of discovery and reflection to help nonprofit leaders empower their teams and maximize the results of their philanthropic efforts.

Danielle Shockey, CEO of Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, will discuss how a focus on her team and their growth has driven greater community impact for the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. And she will lead a panel of nonprofit leaders from the Indianapolis community as they discuss the challenges, successes, and future of leading their people to create greater community impact.
