Ambrose Property Group today announced the completion of Mount Comfort Logistics Center Building V with a full-building lease.
Indianapolis-based Draco, LLC will occupy the 752,000-square-foot Class A building. The new facility will allow the company to consolidate its current operations, which are spread across five locations, into one efficient building. The logistics company offers solutions for co-packaging, warehouse, fulfillment and distribution challenges.
“We are excited to add Draco Logistics to the list of top-tier companies located within Mount Comfort Logistics Center,” said Grant Goldman, Ambrose executive vice president of development. “Our goal for the park was to attract more manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce companies with high-quality jobs. Draco’s move to the area is an excellent example of that goal being accomplished.”
The building is LEED Silver certified through the U.S. Green Building Council. The facility is part of Mount Comfort Logistics Center’s new east campus. Other companies located in the industrial park include Amazon, Progressive Logistics and U.S. AutoForce.
“Ambrose took the time to understand our vision and our business needs,” said Mark Garza, Draco president. “The team worked relentlessly under tight timelines to ensure our business could continue to grow and meet our clients’ and distribution demands. With this addition to our space portfolio, we feel we are positioned to become a top provider to food and beverage clients across the United States. We are looking forward to working with Ambrose on our future expansions across the Midwest and southern markets.”
Located on West County Road 300N at North County Road 400W along the Mount Comfort Corridor in Hancock County, the park offers easy access to the I-70, I-69 and I-74 distribution corridors and the Indianapolis International Airport. Eight Class A distribution buildings totaling more than 3.5 million square feet are planned across the park’s east and west campuses.
