Well Done Marketing is pleased to welcome Lucy Smith to a newly created senior account executive position. The Indianapolis-based full-service advertising agency has also promoted Shelby Q. Walton to account executive. In these roles, Smith and Walton will be responsible for strategic planning and service on several accounts as part of the Well Done account service department.
