Tanorria Askew Nickson

Tanorria Askew Nickson is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. She began her career at Teachers Credit Union (now Everwise Credit Union), where she advanced into a Training & Organizational Development Specialist role, leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives and supporting employee engagement and culture strategy.

Tanorria is the founder of Tanorria’s Table, a culinary brand known for private dining experiences and community-centered programming, as well as Tanorria’s Table Consulting, where she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, culture, and inclusive workplace practices.

A respected leader in the Indianapolis community, Tanorria has contributed to organizations including Indy Women in Food, Slow Food Indy, and the Food and Wellness Equity Collective. She is also a nationally recognized chef, a Top 4 finalist on MasterChef Season 7, and the author of the award-winning cookbook Staples +5.
