Susan Preble

Ms. Preble has worked in government affairs and fiscal policy roles for over 20 years. Previously, she served Indiana State University as the Assistant to the President for State Government Relations. For fifteen years prior to that role, she held the title of Fiscal Analyst for the Senate Democratic Caucus, overseeing fiscal policy for the caucus, focusing on state and local tax policy, education, economic development, and the state budget. Ms. Preble also staffed the Senate Appropriations and Tax and Fiscal Policy committees, the State Budget Committee, and served on the Revenue Forecast Technical Committee.

Ms. Preble earned her B.A. in political science, an M.P.A, and a law degree from Indiana University.

She lives in Hendricks County with her husband, Jack Stark.
