Emily Koschnick

Emily Koschnick is a dynamic communications and business development leader with extensive experience in public affairs, media relations, and high-level sales leadership. As Vice President of Membership at the Indy Chamber, she helps drive growth, engagement, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the region’s economic vitality.

Previously, Emily served as Executive Director of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, collaborating with civic, corporate, and philanthropic leaders to advance key city initiatives. Earlier in her career, she built and led multi-million-dollar sales teams, developed innovative business strategies, and trained top-performing professionals from the ground up. She is also a five-time regional Emmy Award winning news producer.

Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new podcasts, walking outdoors, and celebrating all things Indianapolis—a city she proudly calls home. Emily lives on the Northside with her husband, Chris, two children, Lizzie and Grady, and black labrador, Kash.
