Nowadays it’s common to see dogs at your local cafe or brewery. But rarely do you see doggie items on the menu or see a dog serenely chewing on a Bully Stick that the venue provided. Upland understands this and has tapped local company Dugger Dinners to provide healthy, natural & safe dog treats, and is introducing those items on September 15th for its Bring-Your-Dog night to its College Ave location. Dugger Dinners is thrilled to help Upland fulfill its Pet Friendly promise to its loyal fan-base.
The event is from 6 to 10 pm on the 15th, is open to all guests, and the patio is expected to be filled with wagging tails and smiling muzzles. Guests with dogs will have the opportunity to get a free healthy doggie treat, purchase other Dugger fare – ranging from chews to cookies to bowls – and even take a picture at a whimsical photo board. Did we mention that Dugger himself will be there?
Dugger Dinners, the only of its kind, provides nutritious pet treats, kits, accessories and support to the hospitality industry. Ken Barlow, a devoted Pet Parent, built Dugger Dinners specifically because he felt venues that said they were “Pet Friendly” were really only Pet Tolerant – not offering food or water to the guests they claimed to embrace. Dugger Dinners allows hotels, restaurants, parks and other venues the ability to be truly pet friendly in a turn-key way. DD gives venues a better alternative to picking up a bag of low-quality kibble as their only solution – a solution consumers have expressed a disinterest in due to its lack of alignment with the healthier lifestyle they provide their pets. DD also provides consultation, accessories like Pet waste disposal units, and support materials to complete a robust Pet Friendly atmosphere sure to attract pet parents on-the-go.
