Circle Centre Mall Welcomes New Small Business Tenants

Circle Centre Mall is pleased to announce the opening of two new, minority- and women-owned businesses.

Zoey N Pearls is a women’s boutique focusing on clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes and more. The store will also feature a lash and brow bar, available via appointment. Formerly located in Greenwood, owner Naomi Pannell is proud to relocate her boutique downtown to Circle Centre Mall on Level 3 near the Dining Pavilion.

Café at the Circle is now open on Level 3 of the Maryland Street Bridge and offers downtown residents, workers and visitors a new convenient destination for coffee and pastries. The coffee shop is entrepreneur Kamilah James’ second inline concept at Circle Centre Mall. Kemet 360 Jewelry and Accessories opened late last year. James also collaborated with Circle Centre Mall in March to host “Small Business Showcase at the Circle" with 25 minority owned businesses.

“Circle Centre Mall has a proven track record of providing a platform for small business entrepreneurs to expand their business into brick and mortar and reach new clientele,” says Circle Centre Mall Vice President, General Manager Luke Aeschliman. “We are excited to welcome Zoey N Pearls and Café at the Circle to our incredible lineup of dining, entertainment and shopping options here at the mall.”

These store openings at Circle Centre Mall follow the recently opened Georgia Street Rhythm and Blues Lounge, Fashion Closet and The Perfect Gift, as well as weekly live music series Tuesday evenings from 5-7 p.m. in the Dining Pavilion. Several other openings will be announced in the coming months.

To further its commitment to entrepreneurs and small business, Circle Centre Mall will begin in June a monthly Small Business Showcase, allowing current tenants and other small business retailers the opportunity to pop up in the mall to meet new customers and market their businesses to a captive audience.
