Aaron has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment-law issues, including client counseling, state and federal administrative agency actions, pre-litigation negotiations, and litigation in state and federal courts.

Aaron has advised his clients on how to comply with local, state, and federal law, as well as how to comply with and enforce contractual obligations. He has helped his clients with internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
