Born from a dream and built with passion and determination to be a flourishing minority-owned business, Master Enterprises has been serving the Indiana area since its inception in 1984 by founder Ron Orr.

Originally established as an air filter manufacturer and distributor, Master Enterprises thrives today under the leadership of Ron’s son Darrin, and has expanded well beyond HVAC to specialize in Material Supply – focusing on traffic & signal, lighting, electrical supplies - and Workplace Wellness, including adjustable height workspaces, ergonomic seating, supplement-infused coffee & beverages, PPE, air purifiers, security, access control, and more.

As a black-owned and operated business, Master Enterprises holds DBE, MBE, and Hubzone certifications to help companies, organizations, contractors, and government agencies meet their XBE goals. Growing into the next generation with the addition of Darrin’s son, Bryce, Master Enterprises continues to be a positive staple in the community that aims to enhance the way people commute, work, learn, and live.
