How you qualify for membership

It’s simple. If you:

Live or work in Boone, Brown, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Putnam, and Shelby Counties in Indiana
Or, you work at an approved Select Employee Group
Or, you have a family member who meets eligibility
