Senior Primary Care Provider serving the Medicare population. Our providers who have the gift of seeing just 8 - 10 patients per day. We have time to deeply listen and wrap around our seniors with quality care.

Short wait times, longer visits and a team that is evaluated based on health goals being reached rather than quantity of patients brings back how health care should be.

Centers feature on site labs, exam recliners that move you so you can relax, nonskid floors for safety and weighted chairs for that extra boost older friends sometimes need.

Support from a referral team, pharmacist, social worker and behavior therapist are available as needed.

We offer 5 convenient locations: College Park (86th & Michigan) next to Trader Joes, Pendleton Pike, Irvington, W Washington and Lafayette Road.
