Strategic Talent Design: Shaping Leadership for Strategic Human-AI Synergy
This masterclass equips chamber leaders to thrive in an AI-transformed business landscape by reimagining leadership roles and talent strategies. Participants will explore how AI is reshaping organizational dynamics, identify critical human capabilities that complement technology, and develop practical frameworks for optimizing human-AI collaboration.

Speaker: Dr. Jillian Gilbert:
Dr. Jillian Gilbert serves as Assistant Dean in the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership and the Director of Leadership by Design Center at Indiana Wesleyan University, designed to provide innovative and customized leadership development programs for businesses locally and nationally. Dr. Gilbert is an expert in organizational leadership and development, innovation, and strategy. With a BA in Organizational Communication and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, she furthered her expertise by earning a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Certified in Design Thinking from Stanford’s Hasso Plattner School of Design and a Facilitator of The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, Dr. Gilbert bridges the gap between theory and practice, helping individuals and teams uncover their leadership potential. Her 20+ years of international experience, combined with her extensive work in higher education and nonprofits, have positioned her as a thought leader in organizational renewal, creativity, innovation, and adult education. Dr. Gilbert has worked with prestigious clients such as the US Navy-Surface Warfare Centers, In-N-Out Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and more. Her published work topics include leader-follower relationships, reframing play in adult learning, organizational innovation and renewal, and navigating the complexities of a multigenerational workforce.
