This session explores the concept of adaptability as a critical leadership skill in an era of constant change.
Using the metaphor of amusement park height requirements, it illustrates that just as riders must be “tall enough” to safely experience a ride, leaders must develop adaptability to effectively navigate uncertainty and transformation in business.

Participants will gain insights into the psychological and behavioral dimensions of adaptability, identify personal strengths and challenges, and leave with actionable strategies to improve their adaptability quotient (AQ).

Through reflection and engagement, attendees will assess their ability to embrace change, unlearn outdated approaches, and foster resilience.
