Finding the right talent to fit your company’s needs can be a challenge for businesses of all sizes. One solution gaining momentum across the Indy region is work-based learning (WBL), which connects employers with emerging talent while helping young people gain valuable workplace experience.

At this Conexión Breakfast, the Hispanic Business Council will explore how work-based learning opportunities are strengthening businesses and creating opportunities across Central Indiana with panelists, including:
