Tierra Sims is the Program Coordinator for Business Equity for Indy at the Indy Chamber. Tierra is the Secretary and Communications Chair for The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, a young professionals chapter of the National Urban League. She graduated with honors from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. After graduation, Tierra worked at Defense Finance and Accounting Service. When not working, Tierra enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. She likes to stay active and performs on a Latin Dance team and attends dance events.
