Romina (Romi) graduated from Universidad Buenos Aires with a Bachelor of Human Resources. She has worked in several industries (automotive, retail, advisory services) in Argentina, where she was born and raised. In 2016 she moved to Indy and worked in the staffing business, followed by a short hiatus to focus on growing her family. Romi enjoys being part of multicultural teams and learning by working on diverse projects. The entrepreneurial environment of the Indy Chamber is a great inspiration for her. Romina loves cooking Argentinian and Italian dishes in her free time to honor her family traditions and heritage.
