Emily serves as the Project Assistant for Regional Economic Development, working with both the Indy Partnership and Develop Indy teams. Prior to joining the Chamber, Emily worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Highlands Latin School in Carmel and also as a substitute teacher at The Oaks Academy in Indianapolis. She is a proud graduate of Taylor University with degrees in International Studies, concentrating in Peace, Justice, and Reconciliation; and Music, concentrating in Piano. Emily became an Indiana resident just last year, spending her childhood years in Orlando and then Chicago. She has traveled to 10+ countries in 4 continents, most significantly studying abroad in Ireland for three months and Indonesia for one month. She loves to travel and is very passionate about classical education. Emily currently lives in Fountain Square with her husband Jack.
