Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce attorney Angela Della Rocco has joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice. She has experience in civil litigation and has represented health care providers in the defense of medical malpractice claims, a retail pharmacy client in the defense of pharmacy claims and individuals and businesses in the defense of personal injury and construction claims.
“Angela not only brings a breadth of litigation experience, from medical malpractice to construction claims, to the practice group, but her background in estate planning and business law offer a unique perspective to our clients,” said Steve Humke, chief managing partner of Ice Miller. “We are very excited for her to join the team.”
Angela also has experience handling claims involving defamation and invasion of privacy, as well as estate planning and business law. Prior to joining Ice Miller, Angela independently managed a heavy volume of general litigation cases up to trial and gained second chair jury trial experience.
In 2010, Angela earned her juris doctor, cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, she was a legal intern with the City of Bloomington Legal Department, a summer associate with a California law firm specializing in education law, an AmeriCorps VISTA summer associate with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and a caseworker for Stone Belt ARC. She received her bachelor’s degree in business economics and public policy from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2007.
