Export Grants

Export Grants Boost Local Companies

Do you know a company that exports? The Indy Partnership is offering a new round of export acceleration grants -- up to $5,000 in matching funds -- to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) headquartered in the nine-county Indianapolis region. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, December 5.

Since 2016, the Indy Partnership has awarded over $80,000 in GoGlobal Grants to 15 SMEs for export expansion, with notable impact. Fifty-seven percent of grant recipients reported* increased exports due to the grants, with 21% still measuring the impact. Grant recipients have created 7 new jobs as a direct result of grant-funded activities, with more positions planned. GoGlobal Grants are made possible by JPMorgan Chase & Co. through our participation in the Brookings Institute Global Cities Initiative.

New companies seeking funding can use GoGlobal Grants for activities including but not limited to:

  • Export planning and training
  • Trade shows
  • Industry conferences
  • Trade missions

Applications should highlight how funded activities are tied to a specific export strategy, or how the funded activities support the development of an export strategy for the company.
