The Indy Chamber and the Central Indiana Women's Business Center are excited to invite you to the 11th Annual Women in Business Retreat.

Looking to meet and hear from women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals? Then this event is for you. Whether you’re local, new to town, or just passing through, join us at our Women in Business Retreat to connect, learn, and recharge. The 2025 Women in Business Retreat, presented by Hirons, will be in-person for one day at the Alexander Hotel and is a great way for women from all professional backgrounds to escape their hectic lives and learn from one another, share successes, laugh, network, and strategize about what comes next.

From networking to breakout sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with some of the brightest, most inspirational, thought-provoking women in the Indianapolis region.

The Central Indiana Women’s Business Center (CIWBC) is a cooperative program, funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, under the umbrella of the Business Ownership Initiative of Indiana (BOI) and a program of the Indy Chamber; designed to promote the creation and growth of businesses by women entrepreneurs by empowering them towards successful entrepreneurship and economic self-sufficiency.
