Honeywell Arts Academy to Host the Emerging Artist Series, Presented by First Farmers Bank & Trust

The Emerging Artist Series to occur over three dates in late 2024 and early 2025 at the Columbia Club

Four Indiana organizations have teamed up to create a new artistic endeavor - the Honeywell Arts Academy’s Emerging Artist Series presented by First Farmers Bank & Trust.

The series of three unique and expansive concert experiences will take place on Nov. 20, 2024, Feb. 13, 2025, and March 6, 2025, and each features a 60-minute live Cabaret-style performance of a new, up-and-coming artist. The performances will be open to the public and take place at the prestigious and historic Columbia Club in Indianapolis, in the Crystal Terrace.

“At First Farmers Bank & Trust, we are honored to partner with the Honeywell Arts Academy for their Emerging Artist Series,” said Tade Powell, Senior Vice President, Director of Communications & Public Relations. “This collaboration allows us to continue fostering and supporting local community growth. Through this unique concert series, we can celebrate creativity and innovation in the arts, and we empower these emerging artists to flourish. We’re excited to contribute to such a meaningful cultural initiative.”

Curated by Ranaan Meyer, a GRAMMY and Emmy award-winning artistic director with a rich history in Indianapolis, the Emerging Artist Series is sure to be a powerful experience for audiences.

“I am absolutely thrilled to see the Emerging Artist Series take off this November and throughout early 2025,” said Raanan Meyer, Founder and Artistic Director at Honeywell Arts Academy. “This new initiative not only showcases the incredible talent of young, Indiana artists but also fosters a vibrant and creative musical community. It’s a privilege to contribute to a platform that inspires emerging voices and artistic expression. I can't wait to see how this series unfolds and the impact it will have on the future of music in Indianapolis and beyond.”

Through the Emerging Artist Series, Honeywell Arts Academy will provide a unique and expansive musical experience to enrich connections and strengthen the value of the Columbia Club’s world-class community and offerings. Honeywell’s network of world-class artists have all participated in their June Academy events, which are steeped in excellence and fueled by innovation. Honeywell Arts Academy provides a nurturing space for creativity to positively impact the next generation of musicians.

Columbia Club members and the public will have the opportunity to enjoy the 60-minute salon style concert, artist mingling before and/or after the performance and networking with other members. All logistics will be coordinated by Honeywell Arts Academy providing the Columbia Club with the turn-key curated concert series.

“We are delighted to host the Emerging Artist Series at the Columbia Club,” said Molly Richardson, Assistant General Manager at the Columbia Club. “This event aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting local community involvement opportunities throughout Indianapolis. We look forward to providing a vibrant space where emerging artists can shine and connect with new audiences. It’s an honor to support the arts in this way and be part of these artists’ journeys.”
