360 Degrees of Success: JTIF Winner Virginia Pina on Growing Her Business and Giving Back

Virginia Pina’s experience in business began at a young age working with her family’s bakery business. As she got older, she dreamed of starting her own business. After immigrating to the United States, Virginia was able to connect to the Indy Chamber and the Business Ownership Initiative (BOI). They provided her with the tools and resources which were crucial to her starting her own business. It helped that the materials were in Spanish. “As a foreigner in this country, it was a challenge for me to learn so many rules, strategies, and techniques, but it made me an engaged entrepreneur," Virginia says.

Today, Virginia serves as the President of Amazing 360 Cleaning Services, LLC. She believes you need to be passionate about what you do, and she is passionate about everything “being sparkling clean!” Virginia has also found a way to give back, serving as the Board Secretary for Emprendedoras Latinas Indiana, helping Latina women lead in business.

In 2023, after a highly competitive process, Virginia was selected as the Jacqueline Troy Inspired Fund (JTIF) winner. JTIF honors the legacy of our former Director of the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center, Jacqueline Troy, and encourages women to support fellow women on their entrepreneurial journey. As the 2023 JTIF winner, Virginia received a monetary award, membership, and marketing support through the Indy Chamber.

Today, Virginia's business is thriving, and she continues to give back to the community. Winning the JTIF award helped Virginia expand her business network. “As an entrepreneur, I can now help other people create their businesses as a mentor. I have been able to channel the resources from the Indy Chamber to my network to build a better community of women business owners.”
