• Provide diversity/multicultural competence consulting, coaching, and training for professional services firms, higher education institutions, K-12, and corporations.
• Coach clients on career planning and placement including leadership development, exploration, assessment, cover letter/resumes, interviewing, networking, negotiation, and job search communication strategies. Have coached over 650 clients at all levels, including outplacement.
• Conduct interviews and focus groups with diverse organizational constituencies to support diversity and equity initiatives.
• Coach and train individuals and groups on presentation skills, career mapping, business communication, networking, executive presence, emotional intelligence, leadership, team building, and conflict management.
• Facilitated 200+ workshops/trainings to a diverse range of audiences including higher education, corporations, non-profits and government agencies.
