INDIANAPOLIS—Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is excited to announce that Royce Redmond has been hired for the new director role of centralized field support.
Redmond was born and raised in Mooresville. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in international business and his MBA from Ball State University, Redmond worked in Washington, D.C. and Indianapolis and overseas where he helped launch Wendy’s international expansion to the U.K. He has experience in operational leadership positions at GEICO, Allianz Partners and REEF Technology.
Now back in Mooresville, Redmond is busy planning his upcoming destination wedding in Mexico with his fiancée, Allie. In his free time, he enjoys SCUBA diving, sailing, international travel, personal finance and playing the drums and tennis. He loves diving the Mexico Cenotes, an underground cave system in the Yucatán Peninsula and is a Northern Lights enthusiast.
The new Centralized Field Support department will provide a best-in-class support operation for producers and sales support personnel including training, career coaching, human resources administration and data-based decision-making and reporting, as well as marketing and advertising.
