Search Open for Executive Director, Hope Healthcare

Executive Director, Hope Healthcare Services (Avon, In) - Do you get excited about sharing the love of Christ in a very tangible way? Imagine working in a setting where you and your team regularly pray with patients lacking health insurance and offer hope and encouragement. The executive director leads the administrative, outreach, and fundraising efforts of the clinic that is staffed by medical and dental professionals and volunteers. Since 2005, Hope Healthcare Services (formerly Kingsway Community Care Center) has been a non-profit charitable clinic offering low-cost, quality healthcare services to our neighbors without health insurance, nor government program eligibility. This opportunity is created by the pending September retirement of a successful, long-serving executive director. Annual budget of $500k with staff of 10, including two full-time, plus dozens of volunteers.

Why is this a great opportunity?
• You get to pray with patients.
• Opportunity to take a strong organization to the next level.
• Positive reputation and established relationships.
• This is a high visibility role in Hendricks County.
• Hope Healthcare is serving an increasingly diverse and multi-cultural group of patients.
• Financially stable, well-established charitable clinic in its 19th year.
• Partners allow us to provide mental health and other services/resources.
