BEI Workforce Pilot Townhall

Like many communities across the country, Indianapolis is facing equity challenges that disproportionately impact Black populations and other people of color. Too often, it’s unclear what role companies can play to meaningfully reduce disparities and support equity, even within their own organizations.

To support small- and medium-sized businesses looking to address equity within their companies, Business Equity for Indy has announced an inaugural Workforce Pilot, and you are invited to attend an exclusive Townhall to learn more about this opportunity.

The BEI Workforce Pilot is an intensive, two-year cohort designed to deliver high-value consultation for companies to adopt evidence-based strategies and engage with industry experts to reduce disparities, drive equity, and support companies’ talent strategies.
