Congressman André Carson Hosts 3rd Annual Youth Opportunities Fair

Indy Chamber News Archives

Congressman André Carson invites organizations that offer youth programming or summer jobs to participate in his 3rd annual Youth Opportunities Fair on Wednesday, April 6th from 4-7 PM at The Indianapolis Public Library, Central location (40 E. St. Clair Street, 46204).

The purpose of this fair, held in coordination with the Marion County Commission on Youth, is to connect Indianapolis youth of all ages to the many positive programs and resources available in our community.  Last year’s event was attended by over 250 young people and parents eager to learn about youth development opportunities.

If your business or community-based organization is recruiting or hiring youth for its summer and yearlong programs, please register today to reserve your spot.  Registration is free, but space is limited.  Sign up by March 18th by completing this online registration form.

On behalf of Congressman Carson, thank you for all that you do for our community.  We hope that you will join us at the 2016 Youth Opportunities Fair.

For more information, please contact Katherine Souchet-Downey at 317-283-6516 or [email protected]
