There’s been a quiet revolution going on in neighborhoods around Indianapolis. People from a wide range of groups- neighborhood associations, businesses, schools, churches and more- have been meeting in their own neighborhoods and making plans for revitalization and growth. They’ve been addressing not only brick-and-mortar projects, but also topics such as community health, safety, education, environment and employment. They’ve taken stock of their resources and envisioned what their neighborhoods could become by working together and making their neighborhoods better places to live, work, visit and raise a family.
