Currently female advisors make up only 11.5% of the financial advisory workforce according to Cerulli Associates, a Boston-headquartered research firm specializing in global asset management analytics. That means the women on this prestigious list not only must be at the top of their financial game, they have to be trailblazing entrepreneurs as well.
