Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

As part of our mission to help our members grow, the Indy Chamber has begun the process of identifying qualified organizations to provide Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to our interested members. The selected organization will need to demonstrate the ability to: 

• Maintain a service location with sufficient resources based in the Indianapolis region 
• Partner with Anthem BCBSto deliver a fully insured health plan solution
• Deliver a robust/scalable HRIS and benefit administration system
• Demonstrate sufficient financial health/stability to invest in and grow with this venture 

If your organization is interested in submitting a response for consideration, please confirm your intention to participate by returning a signed copy of the attached Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement as detailed in the document linked below on or before October 31 at 5:00 pm.
