Response to Public Safety Announcement from Mayor Ballard

Indy Chamber News Archives

"Expanding access to quality early childhood education programs is just as much an economic development strategy as it is a policy for improving public safety, public health, and academic attainment. We support Mayor Ballard's plan for investing in long-term solutions that will ensure Indianapolis remains an attractive place to live for future generations.

"Meanwhile, the Indy Chamber is continuing our work on a statewide economic impact study of early childhood education. We anticipate releasing the results of this study in late 2014."
