IndyFringe seeks Executive Director

IndyFringe is seeking an Executive Director to guide our organization in becoming a
Midwestern hub for vibrant performing arts, cultivating creative talent and investing in bold
theatre. Known for its annual three-week IndyFringe Festival, IndyFringe also has robust year-
round schedule of performances. IndyFringe operates a presenting theatre, providing
performance space for the many performing groups in the Indianapolis area and from around
the country.

To continue to carry out our mission – advancing the performing arts year-round by creating
access to a multitude of opportunities for artists, audiences, and our community to thrive –
we need a dynamic and passionate leader. The ideal candidate demonstrates 3 core traits: a
passion for the arts; empathy and a desire to empower others; the ability to turn vision into
action.

Founded in 2005, IndyFringe is part of a network of Fringe programs that began in Edinburgh,
Scotland in 1947 and has spread across the world.
