Aaron Williamson Joins Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP

KGR is pleased to announced Aaron Williamson recently joined our team. He represents clients in a variety of business transactions, real estate, corporate finance, employment law matters, and litigation.

Aaron has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment-law issues, including client counseling, state and federal administrative agency actions, pre-litigation negotiations, and litigation in state and federal courts.

Aaron has advised his clients on how to comply with local, state, and federal law, as well as how to comply with and enforce contractual obligations. He has helped his clients with internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He has also litigated discrimination claims of nearly every kind (on behalf of both employees and employers), including those under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). In addition, he has evaluated and negotiated non-compete enforcement and defense in and out of Indiana. Furthermore, he has litigated FLSA claims, wage payment claims, and wrongful termination actions.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and all state courts in Indiana.

In 2015, he earned his J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Aaron was nominated for 2021 Indy’s Best and Brightest and was selected for 2022 Super Lawyers – Indiana Rising Stars List and 2023 Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch in America.
