Downtown Indianapolis’ Newest Event Venue Now Open

Crystal Catering operating The Heirloom at N. K. Hurst

Local, longstanding Indianapolis businesses N. K. Hurst Co. and Crystal Catering have partnered to elevate downtown Indy’s event scene once again.

Debuting as The Heirloom at N. K. Hurst, the historic N. K. Hurst building has been restored and transformed from a functional warehouse into an elevated event space with rustic charm.

Downtown’s newest event venue is capable of hosting up to 600 guests reception style for corporate and social functions and up to 300 for seated fundraisers, galas, weddings, and more.

A family-owned building since 1947, The Heirloom offers a sought-after, on-trend, historic industrial aesthetic. Elements from the building's original 1906 construction include brick walls, polished wood floors, and exposed beams, creating a beautifully nostalgic and warm ambiance.

Located just south of Lucas Oil Stadium, The Heirloom at N. K. Hurst is conveniently positioned in the heart of the city near major hotels and convention venues and offers skyline views, 300 parking spaces, and outdoor terrace space.

The new venue is operated by Crystal Catering, which has served as the city’s premier catering and events company for more than 40 years.
