Ivy Tech Community College Contractor / Outreach Meeting

Attend Ivy Tech's contractor outreach meeting for an opportunity to learn about Ivy Tech’s new capital projects on the Kokomo and Muncie campuses, which represents over $80,000,000 in building opportunities. These projects are being delivered with a Construction Management – At Risk delivery and work will be delivered through subcontracts either with Hagerman, Inc.- Harmon (Kokomo) or Pepper (Muncie). The meetings will introduce the construction community to the key members of the project team, including Ivy Tech, Hagerman, Harmon, and Pepper. Other discussion topics include information and about the bid packages, schedule, bid requirements, how to access bid documents. This meeting is also a diversity outreach meeting to explain diversity participation expectations and an opportunity to network with majority firms that are interested in pursuing the work.
