United Way of Central Indiana’s Leadership United applications now available!

The Leadership United program has existed for over 30 years to develop leaders, involve them in community problem-solving and equip them to be change-agents for our most important community priorities. Now, as much as ever, we need to continue our work in building capacity in this way for community-based organizations in Central Indiana. 

Participants in the program are searching for professional development and are passionate about getting involved in the community but may not know where or how to begin. They may have little experience in the nonprofit sector and are looking to build their skills or they may have some experience yet realize they have more to learn to be effective and impactful in their volunteer roles.

Our next session will run from August to October 2022. We are now accepting applications through May 11, 2022. To learn more about Leadership United, click here.
