Volunteers play an essential role in strengthening our programs, supporting women entrepreneurs, and expanding the impact of the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center (CIWBC). The inaugural Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding individual whose time, talents, and commitment help advance CIWBC’s mission of empowering women entrepreneurs to launch and scale their businesses.

This year’s inaugural recipient is Evgenia Baikova, Leadership & Growth Coach at Fulfillment Coaching and Consulting, LLC. As a member of CIWBC’s Program Committee, Evgenia contributes her time and expertise to help shape relevant, engaging programming and identify outstanding speakers for CIWBC’s programs and Women in Business events. She also supports the planning and preparation of CIWBC’s annual Women in Business Retreat, lending a hand with logistics to help bring this signature event to life. Her dedication helps create meaningful opportunities for women entrepreneurs to learn, connect, and grow.

“Evgenia brings thoughtfulness, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs to the CIWBC Program Committee. Her contributions help ensure our programs and Women in Business events deliver relevant insights, meaningful connections, and valuable opportunities for growth,” said Jennifer Knotts, CIWBC Advisory Council member and Program Committee Chair.

“Volunteers like Evgenia are an invaluable part of what makes CIWBC successful. Their willingness to share their time, expertise, and passion strengthens our programs and allows us to create more meaningful experiences for the women entrepreneurs we serve. We are grateful for Evgenia’s commitment and proud to recognize her as our inaugural Volunteer of the Year,” said Stephanie James, Director of the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center.
