After earning her Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy and Bodywork in 2007, Deborah gained experience working in a variety of day spas and massage clinics. While she learned valuable skills along the way, she also recognized opportunities to create a more personalized client experience and a more holistic approach to wellness. In 2022, she took the leap and launched Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness, creating a welcoming space dedicated to supporting women on their health and wellness journeys. She began by sharing an office with another massage therapist before eventually expanding and taking over the entire space.
In 2025, Deborah attended the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center’s (CIWBC) Women in Business Retreat, where she connected with business leaders from across the Indianapolis region. As those relationships continued to grow, she decided to become a member of the Indy Chamber. “I knew it was a community that I wanted to be a part of,” she says.
Since joining, Deborah has taken advantage of CIWBC’s one-on-one business coaching and Women in Business networking events. In 2026, she co-sponsored the Wellness Room at the Women in Business Retreat, creating what has quickly become one of the event’s most popular attendee experiences. “There are so many opportunities to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships with other business owners,” says Deborah. “The Indy Chamber and CIWBC provide practical resources and a community of people who genuinely want to see one another succeed.”
This month, Deborah begins an exciting new chapter as Rejuvenate Massage & Wellness opens its new office suite. The Indy Chamber will celebrate this milestone with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony before Deborah welcomes the community for an open house.”I’m looking forward to welcoming the community into the new space, continuing to expand the wellness services I provide, and helping even more people prioritize their health and well-being,” she says. “It’s been incredibly rewarding to see my business grow.”
